It doesn’t look like Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney and Marcus Rashford will be playing together up front for Manchester United any time soon as the Real Madrid megastar appears poised to move to France instead of returning to England.
According to France Football [per the Metro], the world superstar has reportedly met with PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi for a fifth time and the French giants appear increasingly likely to be the next landing spot for Ronaldo.
Ronaldo would undoubtedly be a replacement for PSG scoring machine Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is set to leave the team at the end of the season. Whether or not PSG would be willing to pay Ronaldo’s incredible wages after refusing to give Zlatan a new deal remains to be seen though.
The Real Madrid megastar has 47 goals in 43 games and has led Los Blancos to the Champions League Semi-Finals while leading the tournament in goals this season.
