Tottenham are reportedly in talks with Bournemouth over the potential transfer of Dominic Solanke after getting the green light from the player to the move.
Solanke was impressively prolific for Bournemouth last season, finally showing the potential that many saw in him during his spell as a youngster at clubs like Chelsea and Liverpool.
Although he’s proven a bit of a late bloomer, Solanke now looks set to earn himself another big move, with Spurs now negotiating a deal for under his £65million release clause, according to Fabrizio Romano.
See below for the latest update from Romano on X, formerly Twitter, with the journalist explaining that Spurs are pushing to get this deal done…

Solanke could be ideal for THFC as they surely need a long-term replacement for star player Harry Kane, who left for Bayern Munich last summer and who was never really adequately replaced.
Tottenham fans will surely be happy with Solanke as an option to come in up front, as there aren’t realistically that many other options out there, especially players with Premier League experience.
Ange Postecoglou made a promising start in north London last season, but the Australian manager will need more fire-power in attack if he is to get the club back into the top four, which is surely going to be the minimum requirement for the season ahead.
Solanke will also surely relish this challenge as it’s a chance to play for a club who could be in with a realistic chance of winning trophies and playing in Europe.
This is laughable year n half no goals 0,3,7is his record only time he’s top player is championship he’s unplayable but for a team that plays football out from the back he’s not that type of player
