Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo gave his side the lead against Bournemouth on Sunday with an incredible lob from the centre circle at Stamford Bridge.
This was Caicedo’s first ever strike for the Blues and it was a contender for the Premier League’s Goal of the Season award.
Chelsea went on to win the game 2-1 and finished the season sixth in the table.
That means that the Blues will play in Europe next season.
Chelsea will enter the UEFA Europa League if Manchester City beat Manchester United in next weekend’s FA Cup final.
If United win at Wembley then Chelsea will go into the Conference League instead.
