Sky Sports commentator Martin Tyler has dropped a teasing hint over Manchester City’s transfer plans as Sergio Aguero came out to a guard of honour at the Etihad Stadium today.

Tyler says Aguero told him he’d love to have stayed at City, but the club are set to sign another striker.
The commentator then adds that we probably all know who he means, which follows plenty of speculation recently that Pep Guardiola’s side could swoop for Tottenham striker Harry Kane.
Kane has been strongly linked with City by a number of sources, with Fabrizio Romano today writing in his Benchwarmers column that the Premier League champions are the ones pushing hardest for the deal.
The England international certainly seems an ideal long-term replacement for Aguero, with Tyler adding that the Argentine looks set to join Barcelona.
