Barcelona striker Luis Suarez has reportedly learned of the club’s four deadline day transfer targets as they eye a new signing at left-back.
According to Don Balon, the Catalan giants have narrowed their list down to four main candidates – Raphael Guerreiro, Jose Gaya, Bernat and Alex Telles.
Barcelona have had a busy summer bringing in the likes of Malcom, Arturo Vidal and Clement Lenglet, but it seems they’re still prepared for some late spending.

A replacement for Jordi Alba seems to be the club’s major priority, and Ernesto Valverde would be happy to see any one of those new left-backs arrive, according to Don Balon’s latest report.
Chelsea fans can breathe a sigh of relief, it would seem, as their left-back Marcos Alonso is no longer among Barca’s main targets in that part of the pitch.
Another Don Balon report a few days ago claimed the 27-year-old was in Barcelona’s sights, and that he was also keen on a move back to La Liga.

However, Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri would surely much rather have Alonso around after his fine form since he joined CFC in 2016, and his top contribution to the team so far this season.
The Spaniard is a solid defender and an even more valuable asset going forward, contributing highly in goals and assists in his time at Stamford Bridge.
No wonder he was previously linked with Barcelona, but it looks for now like he’s staying at Chelsea as they reportedly switch targets.
