Antonio Conte (Chelsea)
Reports of his departure have plagued Antonio Conte throughout his second season at Chelsea, and Arsenal should be following with interest.
The 48-year-old hit the ground running in English football last season, turning largely the same Chelsea squad that finished 10th the year before into runaway Premier League champions and FA Cup finalists.
Conte is another hugely demanding and obsessive coach who would fix numerous problems with concentration and desire at Arsenal, and if he does become available they should absolutely pounce for an appointment that could really make their rivals regret not showing more faith in him.
Luis Enrique (Unattached)
A treble winner with Barcelona, Luis Enrique is available next season and could be another fine appointment for Arsenal.
As with Allegri, questions will be asked of his ability to work with a squad not containing world class talent in every position, but the Spaniard earned the Barca job after impressive spells in charge of Roma and Celta Vigo.
Mundo Deportivo did recently link Enrique with Arsenal, and they could certainly do far worse than appoint a man who’s won major trophies and could attract big-name players to work under him at the Emirates Stadium.
