Antoine Griezmann (Atletico Madrid)
A big name constantly linked with moves to more established European super clubs, Antoine Griezmann could also perfectly fit the bill for Chelsea if they lose Hazard to Real Madrid.
The Sun claimed earlier this season that the £86million-rated France international was the subject of an approach by Manchester United, but they have since signed Alexis Sanchez.
It remains to be seen if other big names will come in for Griezmann but if Chelsea are to get back to their best they need to be challenging for signings like this.
Gareth Bale (Real Madrid)
As well as Asensio, the arrival of Hazard to Real Madrid could surely free up Gareth Bale to leave the Bernabeu after a difficult couple of seasons.
The Wales international has struggled to hit his best form during his time in Spanish football and Chelsea could be a good destination for him to revive his career.
Don Balon recently claimed Bale was in talks with a number of Premier League clubs over a possible move, with Chelsea among them, though it’s clear they’d face plenty of competition for his signature.
Thomas Lemar (Monaco)
Recently linked with Chelsea by the Telegraph, the Blues’ rumoured interest does not appear to have gone anywhere, but that would surely change if they lost Hazard to Real Madrid.
The 22-year-old is another exciting prospect in European football right now, having played a key role in Monaco’s shock Ligue 1 title win last season.
Lemar is precisely the big name Chelsea fans would love to see at the Bridge, and he certainly looks like he has it in him to be the next Hazard.
