Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham side beat Cypriot APOEL Nicosia 3-0 at Wembley, as the north London side finished their group stage fixtures in style.
The home side opened the scoring through Spaniard Fernando Llorente, as the forward’s class first touch allowed him to bag his first goal for the club on his 17th appearance.
Pochettino’s side then doubled the scoring eight minutes before the break, as Heung Min-Son received the ball off of Llorente before firing the ball home with his left foot.
The Premier League side then finished the scoring in the 80th minute, as Georges-Kevin N’Koudou cut in from the left before firing home with the aid of a deflection.
The win saw Spurs end their Champions League group stage in style on 16 points and unbeaten.
The game also saw the debut of young forward Kazaiah Sterling, a player who fans were talking about after the match had ended, with some fans questioning about the amount of game time the forward was given by Pochettino.

Kazaiah Sterling should have got more minutes, no point subbing him on if he is not even going to get one touch of the football.
