Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah has been tipped to seal a big transfer to Champions League giants Real Madrid by former Premier League striker and fellow Egyptian Mido.
The 25-year-old has been in fine form for the Reds this season since his summer move from Roma, netting 14 goals in 18 games for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
Still, Liverpool have been given a clear warning that they may not be able to hold on to Salah if he carries on like this, with Mido saying he’s bound to end up at Real Madrid.
@22mosalah got the mentality to keep playing at the top level for many years and this is what we were all Egyptians r missing when we had the chance to play in Europe..I believe thatSalah will not stay for long at @LFC !!soon he will be gone to @realmadriden #HalaMadrid ??

‘I don’t think that Salah will be at Liverpool for very long. Soon he will go to Real Madrid. Hala Madrid,’ Mido tweeted.
While there’s no suggestion for the moment that Real are looking at Salah, it certainly wouldn’t be a big surprise if elite clubs started paying closer attention to Salah in the near future.
The Egypt international looks in lethal form right now, with his pace and goal threat making him a superb addition for Liverpool.

Given his fine form for Roma last season, it’s also quite surprising no one else was in for him earlier.
Having been harshly overlooked during a spell with Chelsea, Salah shone on an initial loan with Roma, scoring a total of 34 goals in two seasons at the Stadio Olimpico.
