Manchester United legend Andy Cole has been heaping praise on current Red Devils starlet Marcus Rashford.
This is according to ESPN, who say that the former United ace has said that the 20-year-old will benefit from playing on the wing, despite his preferred position being centre-forward.
Speaking about the Man United forward, Cole said “I look at him at the moment, he’s scoring goals and he’s bringing a lot more things to his game. He will learn off the left because when he becomes a centre-forward he will have the full package.”
The retired England international then went on to add “You look at Rashford at the moment and he wants to extend himself to be as good as he can be, which is very, very good.”
Since making his debut for United in 2016, Rashford has been one of the most exciting players at Old Trafford, and for good reason.
In 90 appearances for the Premier League side, Rashford has managed to score 26 and assist 15, a record that is mightily impressive considering the fact that the forward is only 20 years old.
So far this season, Rashford has impressed for Jose Mourinho’s side, as the England international has scored seven and assisted seven in 19 appearances in all competitions.
Rashford’s lightning-quick pace and fantastic finishing ability has seen the played touted as one of the most exciting young players in Europe, with the player always looking dangerous when on the pitch for either United or England.

Should Rashford continue the way he is currently going, it wouldn’t be surprising to see the forward surpass the incredibly impressive goal record we saw Andy Cole notch when he was a player.
