Bad news for Arsenal and Liverpool in the transfer market.
Arsenal and Liverpool could see their transfer plans foiled by Barcelona next summer, according to latest reports.
The Daily Telegraph claim Barca are keen on signing Monaco winger Thomas Lemar, who was a £90million target for Arsenal in the summer transfer window just gone.

Alexis Sanchez to Manchester City: Five replacements Arsenal could sign
The France international shone for Monaco last season and looks one of the most exciting young players in Europe at the moment, with the list of top clubs chasing him sure to grow.
Lemar’s flair on the left flank and eye for both goals and assists make him the ideal attacking midfield player for a leading club, and his style of play looks like it could suit Barcelona perfectly.
It remains to be seen if interest from the Catalan giants means they’re viewing the 21-year-old as an alternative to Reds star Philippe Coutinho, with Sport recently reporting Paris Saint-Germain had joined the running for the Brazilian.
If so, Barcelona may be looking for alternatives, but in doing so could also hurt one of Liverpool’s best options for replacing Coutinho in their front three.
Arsenal, meanwhile, may live to regret not going through with their deadline day move for Lemar in the summer as they will now surely find it harder to revive a deal for him if a big name like Barcelona make him an offer.
Arsene Wenger will likely need to replace Alexis Sanchez as he heads towards the end of his contract, with the Daily Mirror recently reporting that a shock move for Manchester United forward Anthony Martial could be another option for that position.
