Kane’s incredible form has seen him linked with a number of top clubs in England and Europe, with the Sun recently reporting Manchester United could try paying as much as £170million for him next summer.
Marca, meanwhile, have linked Kane as a top target for Real Madrid, though Perez has suggested the signing would be beyond even his club’s financial reach.
‘Signing Harry Kane has not passed through my head. He is a great player and in addition he is young,’ Perez told Cadena COPE, as quoted in the Mirror.
‘He has many years to progress, but we are delighted with (Karim) Benzema and with all of the team.’
Perez added that he believed Spurs would quote him an asking price of €250m (£224m) if he were to enquire about the England international.
‘I didn’t ask Tottenham’s president for the price because he would have told me that he is worth €250m,’ he said.
If Kane were to move for that fee, he would become the most expensive footballer in history, eclipsing the £200m BBC Sport claimed Paris Saint-Germain paid Barcelona for Neymar in the summer.
