After a difficult spell at Real Madrid, it looks like Gareth Bale will now be pushed towards the Bernabeu exit door as he has his heart set on a return to former club Spurs, according to Diario Gol.

Don Balon recently claimed Chelsea were ready to join the running for the Wales international, who is also in Manchester United’s sights for next summer, according to the Sun.
Bale has long been linked with a second spell back in the Premier League ever since leaving Tottenham for Madrid back in 2013, when he had established himself as one of the best players in this division.
Still, things have not gone quite as swimmingly for Bale during his time in Spain, with Diario Gol now claiming Real are prepared to make it easier for him to head back to England.
The report notes that while Real were keen to recoup a big fee for Bale during the summer transfer window just gone, they are now ready to lower their demands for the player.
Despite the rumoured interest from United and Chelsea, it seems the 28-year-old’s preference would be to return to Tottenham and play out of the spotlight a little more after feeling the pressure in his four years in Madrid.
Diario Gol claim Bale would see United as too similar an environment, and that Real president Florentino Perez is also keen to use him in any potential exchange deal for Harry Kane.
The Daily Mirror recently linked Los Blancos with a £150million move for Kane, who has been on fire for Tottenham this season.
