Jose Mourinho makes revelation over Manchester United future, drops big hint about who he could manage next

Mourinho with a come-and-get-me plea?

Jose Mourinho has admitted he won’t end his career at Manchester United and has dropped a pretty big hint he could be keen to manage Paris Saint-Germain in the future.

The Portuguese tactician joined the Red Devils last summer and is the club’s most successful appointment since the retirement of the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson in 2013.

Mourinho won three trophies in his first season with United, and remains regarded as one of the top tacticians in the game, despite a difficult end to his time at previous club Chelsea.

Mourinho looks to have turned United back into genuine title contenders again this season, despite dropping points away to Liverpool this weekend to give rivals Manchester City a two-point lead at the top of the Premier League table.

Still, if United fans were hoping the 54-year-old could change his ways and commit to one club for a long stretch, they may have another thing coming.

Speaking to Telefoot, Mourinho made it clear he would not shy away from new challenges and different environments, and seemed to go on the charm offensive about PSG and the city of Paris in general.

‘What I can say is that I am still a manager with questions, with ambitions, with a desire to do new things and I do not think… I am sure that I will not finish my career here,’ he is quoted on Get Football News France.

‘The other day, my son who lives in London decided to go to Paris and not Manchester to watch a match. Why Paris? Because at the moment, PSG have something special. There is a magic, youthfulness and quality. It is fantastic.’

Mourinho has already enjoyed a well-traveled career, enjoying success at Porto, Chelsea (twice), Inter Milan, Real Madrid and eventually United.
