Unsurprisingly, Chelsea have been at the centre of an abundance of transfer speculation this week, linking them with signings and sales.
For all the talk of a possible exit though, according to ESPN sources, Diego Costa has no interest in moving to China amid talk that an offer was made for his services this past week.
The Spaniard was left out of the squad for the win at Leicester City on Saturday after training alone this week due to a bust-up with a fitness coach.
However, despite all that, the 28-year-old has reportedly told friends that he has no interest in accepting a big-money offer from China in January and will remain at Stamford Bridge.
Given that he has scored 14 goals in 19 league games so far this season, that will be a major boost for Chelsea as they continue to set the pace at the top of the Premier League table.
Elsewhere, Lucas Piazon has confirmed on Twitter that he will extend his loan spell at Fulham for another six months until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old joined the Cottagers last summer in a temporary move, but as he continues to enjoy regular playing time and impresses, he will be given the chance to gain further experience and improve before returning to Chelsea.
Loan spell ending tomorrow but monday I should be signing the extension! ?

Meanwhile, Patrick Bamford looks like he’ll be joining Piazon as a loanee, as after a short turn-around following the termination of his deal at Burnley, the 23-year-old has been welcomed back to Middlesbrough by Aitor Karanka, as per the Gazzette Live.
Bamford has been sent out on six different loan spells since 2012, as he has continuously struggled to find his form. However, having scored 19 goals in his last loan spell at Boro in the 2014/15 season, he could welcome a chance to go back to the Riverside Stadium.
