Manchester United look like they will have to accept that their long pursuit of West Ham wonderkid Reece Oxford is over, with the Sun reporting that the West Ham youngster is set to sign a new deal at the East London club.
It follows months of speculation about the 17 year old’s future which has seen move to both Manchester clubs reported as almost done at various stages.
Now the word is that the midfielder will sign a new 5 year deal shortly after his 18th birthday on Friday.
