This cash-hungry agent was paid more money by Man United in 40 days than Real Madrid give Cristiano Ronaldo in a year

Mino Raiola is likely to be involved in more major transfers this summer

Football agent Mino Raiola earned more money from Manchester United this summer than Real Madrid pay Cristiano Ronaldo in an entire year.

According to AS, Ronaldo – recently named by UEFA as the best player in Europe – gets a net salary of €21m from Real.

The same source claim that Raiola earned more than €30m from his role in three Man United transfers this year.

Raiola is said to have pocketed €20m from the world-record deal that saw Paul Pogba return to Old Trafford from Juventus on August 9.

Meanwhile, AS report that the 48-year-old landed €8m of the €42m United paid to land Henrikh Mkhitaryan from Borussia Dortmund on July 6.

Finally, although United technically signed former PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic on a ‘free transfer’ at the start of July, the Red Devils still gave Raiola a €3m fee for his part in proceedings.

Just how can Raiola make so much more than Ronaldo?!

Total madness, I’m sure you’ll agree. Then again, Raiola’s food bill is probably significantly more expensive than Ronny’s, so perhaps he needs it…
