Wales international Hal Robson-Kane has completed his West Brom medical and is expected to put pen to paper within the next hour according to Sky Sports.
Per the source, Kanu has all but completed his move and all that remains is for the Baggies to officially confirm the transfer.
Robson-Kanu is currently a free agent after he let his contract run down at Reading where he scored 30 goals in 228 appearances.
The 27-year-old has provided seven assists and five goals in 35 appearances for Reading in all competitions last season.
Kane made headlines across Europe with his strong play in Euro 2016. In five appearances for Wales, Robson-Kanu scored two goals – one against Slovakia and a key goal against Belgium.
The two goals he scored were second only to star forward Gareth Bale for the team’s lead during the tournament. Wales went on to finish tied for third with Germany after losing to Portugal in the Semi-Finals.
