The La Liga champions Barcelona are looking to force Arda Turan out of the club this summer according to The Express.
The report states that the Catalan giants want to offload Turan after the signings of Denis Suárez and Andre Gomez over the summer.
Turan has four years remaining on his contract with Barcelona after joining from Atletico Madrid last summer for €34 million.
The Express go on to say that Arsenal are interested in a move for the flamboyant midfielder. Meanwhile, the Sun report that Chelsea are also interested and that Turan could be available for £20 million which is almost a third less than he signed for last summer.
Turan only made his debut for the club in January. The Turkish international was unable to register until the turn of the year due to a transfer ban imposed on Barcelona by UEFA.
The 29-year-old may have moved further down the pecking order following Barca’s transfer activity meaning he may be offered less playing time in the upcoming season.
