Arsenal are understood to be annoyed with Manchester City’s pursuit of their star right-back Hector Bellerin.
The Mirror states that the Gunners feel that City have unsettled the Spain international and have issued the Citizen’s director of football Txiki Begiristain a hands-off warning.
The report also states that Arsenal feel that City have scuppered their negotiations with Bellerin over a new long-term contract. The north London based side have been in talks with the young right-back since April.
However, contract talks over a new five-year deal have stalled following interest from Manchester City. The City Blues newly appointed manager Pep Guardiola in understood to be a long-term admirer of Bellerin.
The Mirror goes onto state that Guardiola is keen to strengthen at right-back with both Bacary Sagna and Pablo Zabaleta’s advancing age.
Bellerin provided eight assists and scored one goal in 44 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions last season.
