Thirteen Liverpool transfers have been completed so far in 2016.
Four new signings have been added to Jurgen Klopp’s squad, with Marko Grujic, Joel Matip, Loris Karius and Sadio Mane moving to Anfield.
Meanwhile, Jordan Rossiter, Jose Enrique, Kolo Toure, Samed Yesil, Joao Carlos Teixeira, Jerome Sinclair, Sergi Canos, Martin Skrtel and Jordon Ibe have all left the Merseyside club.
But Klopp isn’t done yet.
He has been quoted by ESPN as saying: “We have a few players, maybe who want to leave us and I am pretty sure it will happen – and one or two more players will join us from other clubs. It’s a long time until the 31st of August and we have to work a little bit.”
So, Klopp has admitted that more sales are on the cards, but which players could be on their way? We’ve named eight below.
1. Nathaniel Clyne
Klopp did not just say players might leave. He suggested some want to get away. And The Times recently reported that Clyne was unsettled at Anfield, claiming that he had been offered to Barcelona, who passed on the opportunity to sign him.
Clyne to Barca is not gonna happen, but, if he is genuinely unsettled, Liverpool may be able to manufacture an alternative exit plan for the 25-year-old.
2. Lazar Markovic
According to Goal, Liverpool will consider offers for Markovic this summer, amid interest from Sporting Lisbon. It is said that the Serbian winger would have been given a squad role had the Reds qualified for a European competition, but the club’s relaxed schedule may allow Klopp to move him on.
3. Adam Bogdan
With Karius now on the scene to compete with Simon Mignolet, Bogdan is no longer needed. Simple as that.
4. Lucas Leiva
Galatasaray are in for Lucas, report Fanatik. The Brazilian is a solid squad player, but now is probably a good time to leave because his chances of regular first-team football at Anfield are slim.
5. Joe Allen
It makes very little sense to many, but Euro 2016 star Allen is apparently on sale for just £14m this summer. That’s according to the Daily Mail. Surely someone will pay that for the Welshman?!
6. Philippe Coutinho
Coutinho is Liverpool’s best player, so they won’t want him to go. However, if a European giant were to make it their main mission to sign him, one suspects they’d succeed.
PSG were linked with Coutinho – by Sky Sports – last month.

7. Christian Benteke
Crystal Palace are said to be deep in talks to sign the big Belgian, who cost Liverpool £32m last summer. That is the fee reported by The Mirror, who claim that the Reds are holding out for the same figure from Palace.
8. Mario Balotelli
Seriously, what is he still doing at Liverpool?
