Personal trainer Bradley Simmonds has a lot of footballers, even managers, as clients – Theo Walcott, John Terry and Brendan Rodgers to name just a few.

The fitness guru works with Chelsea WAGs too.

Badass benchpresser Bradders this week took to Instagram, where he has 106,000 followers, to show off the work of two of his clients – John Terry’s wife Toni, and Asmir Begovic’s missus Nicolle.
