Wales recorded the biggest win in their history by beating Belgium 3-1 to reach the Euro 2016 semi-finals.
Sam Vokes sealed a deserved victory for the Red Dragons with this third goal five minutes from time. Chris Gunter stood up a cross for the Burnley forward, who angled a superb header past Thibaut Courtois and inside the far post.

The scenes in the celebrations summed up the mood of an entire nation who have been brought together by this inspirational group of players and manager.
The Welsh are a fantastic unit. Belgium are a team of outstanding individuals and one of them put the Red Devils in front in spectacular fashion. Radja Nainggolan just about struck the leather off the ball with this 25-yard rocket which flew past Wayne Hennessey. The midfielder has been linked with Chelsea, so Blues fans may be seeing this at close quarters next year.

Belgian’s defence were missing Jan Vertonghen, Thomas Vermaelen and Vincent Kompany, and this was evident from set pieces throughout the first half. Wales captain Ashley Williams, defying physics to play after nearly dislocating his shoulder against Northern Ireland, took advantage to smartly place this header into the bottom corner to equalise on the half-hour mark.

On an epic night for Wales, there was a career-defining moment for Hal Robson-Kanu, who is a free agent after being released by Reading. He won’t be for long after this unbelievable goal. His clever Cruyff turn in the box left three Belgian defenders on the floor, and he calmly slotted past Courtois. Hal Robson-Kanu, more like Hal Robson-Messi based on that bit of magic!
