With the Copa America Centenario and Euro 2016 underway, it’s likely that game-changing Liverpool transfer news won’t come until after the two tournaments reach their conclusions. But there has still been plenty of wheeling and dealing across Europe and two international stars with Liverpool links have had significant changes to their status with the Reds.
According to the Liverpool Echo, Dynamo Kyiv superstar Andriy Yarmolenko has once again been tipped to make a switch to Anfield after his rep, Vadim Shabily, posted an Instagram video of himself checking out Liverpool’s London office.
Yarmolenko has made 290 appearances for Dynamo Kyiv and is a three-time Ukrainian Footballer of the Year.
Additionally, the Echo reported that Liverpool are set to miss out on Mexico/Porto midfielder Hector Herrera after the 26-year-old star reportedly agreed to terms with Serie A giants Napoli.
Herrera has played his last three seasons for the Primeira Liga giants, scoring 19 goals and adding 18 assists in over 110 appearances for the club.
