AZ Alkmaar hitman Vincent Janssen has confirmed that he’s already ruling out the prospect of moving to certain clubs, potentially boosting Arsenal’s chances of securing his signature.
The attacker has prompted significant interest in his services after enjoying an awesomely prolific season in the Eredivisie.
The 21-year-old hit 27 goals in 34 appearances as AZ finished third, and has also received international recognition from Holland.
He has already scored three goals in his first three outings for the Netherlands, and could be the man to help Oranje restore their lost lustre.
In the meantime, Janssen looks set to move away from the Dutch club, with the attacker having told Fox Sports [as per Goal] that he’s keen to make a move imminently, with a switch to the Premier League in his considerations.
The Gunners—one of his potential suitors—will be delighted to learn that Janssen is ruling out a switch to another Eredivisie side for economic reasons.
