Atletico Madrid have drawn level in tonight’s Champions League final thanks to Yannick Carrasco’s first Champions League goal for Los Rojiblancos.
Carrasco, whose only previous European Cup goal to date came for Monaco in a 3-1 win over Arsenal in February 2015, slide home from close range to convert a low Juanfran cross on 79 minutes.

Carrasco’s leveller came less than 60 seconds after Gareth Bale almost put Real Madrid 2-0 up.
Bale – who has been Real’s most dangerous attacker – was denied by a superb Stefan Savic block, before Atletico broke and got the equaliser that their second-half performance has deserved.
