Crystal Palace took three points away from the Potteries after beating Stoke City 2-1 in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Connor Wickham opened the scoring on the stroke of half-time from the spot, Bojan levelled things up mid-way through the second half, then Chung-Yong Lee won the game for Palace with a stunning late strike.
The two sides headed into the game in a rich vein of form, having both lost just one of their previous six outings in all competitions.
Stoke received a boost ahead of kick-off as Xherdan Shaqiri passed a late fitness test on his hamstring to take his place in the starting eleven, though Phil Bardsley was only deemed fit enough for a place among the subs. Crystal Palace captain Mile Jedinak continued to miss out due to an ankle injury, but Joe Ledley was fit again and returned to the side.
Stoke dominated the early possession, but the best of the chances went to Crystal Palace. Inside the first ten minutes Connor Wickham glanced a header wide at the near post after getting on the end of Zaha’s whipped cross, and five minutes later Zaha himself attempted a shot from an ambitious backheel volley, though it didn’t quite pay off.
It wasn’t until mid-way through the first period that Stoke finally started to create some chances. Firstly, Shaqiri broke into the area but saw his goal-bound shot blocked by Joel Ward, then two minutes later the in-form Arnautovic played in Bojan, and his shot could only be turned away for a corner by Palace keeper Wayne Hennessey.
Stoke continued to press, with Ibrahim Afellay firing just wide on the half hour mark and Erik Pieters hitting the post in the 38th minute.
The breakthrough eventually came in added time. Wilfred Zaha was bundled over from behind by Glen Whelan, and the ref had no hesitate in pointing to the spot. Connor Wickham stepped up and slammed the ball straight down the middle.
Palace wanted a second penalty on the hour mark, as James McArther lashed the ball at Glen Johnson from close range. Most of the Palace players appealed, but replays showed that it hit Johnson in his midriff.
Stoke came close to equalising in the 67th minute through Arnautovic, but his deflected shot drifted just outside the post with Hennessey beaten.
They eventually got an equaliser with twelve minutes left to play. Delaney was adjudged to have handled a cross, and referee Robert Madeley awarding a second penalty of the game. Bojan made no mistake from twelve yards.
The game then looked to be heading for a draw when substitute Chung-Yong Lee, who had only been on the pitch for six minutes, lashed a stunning long-range effort into the bottom corner from 25 yards.
The result moves Palace up to sixth, level on points with Man United in fifth. Stoke stay eleventh with 23 points.

Next up for Stoke is a home game against a misfiring Manchester United on Boxing Day. Crystal Palace, meanwhile, face a trip to the south coast to play Bournemouth.
