Barcelona legend Patrick Kluivert has proved that he’s ‘still got it’ after scoring a remarkable wonder goal during an exhibition match.

The 39-year-old Dutch striker bagged a stunning one-touch, 40-yard lob in a friendly match for a Barcelona dream XI against the Uganda All Stars in a friendly bout.

The likes of Alessandro Florenzi of AS Roma and current Barca superstar Lionel Messi have earned places on the Puskas shortlist—the award for the most impressive goal of the year—after fine strikes so far this season, but Kluivert’s effort is surely the pick of the bunch.

Spying the keeper off his line, and judging the distance and the power required to perfection, Kluivert struck the ball with a one-touch effort with the outside of his boot, seeing the ball fly over the poor, stranded goalkeeper before falling into the goal beneath the bar.

Kluivert, who retired after a spell with LOSC Lille in 2008, featured for Barca for six years, scoring 90 goals in 182 league outings.

After this sublime effort, it’s easy to imagine that the Dutch playboy could still do a banging job for the Catalan giants.
