One person who can always be relied upon for a funny comment when it comes to GNev is his now-former Sky Sports colleague Jamie Carragher.
Ex-United captain Neville and Liverpool legend Carragher were fierce rivals during their playing careers.
However, they developed a strong on-screen chemistry with Sky and, as much as they tried to fight it, they seemed to become good pals.
Carragher’s cheeky response to Neville leaving Sky certainly falls into the category of friendly banter.
For those of you who do not remember Peggy Arphexad, he was Liverpool’s back-up goalkeeper between 2000 and 2003.
