Reports have revealed that Real Madrid are eyeing Ukraine forward Yehven Konoplyanka as a potential replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Portuguese superstar has been heavily linked with an exit from the Bernabeu in recent weeks, with both Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United understood to be keen on the forward.
While Ronaldo’s heart may be in Old Trafford, PSG could appeal to his wallet, while he’s also expressed his desire to work with Jose Mourinho again in the future, raising speculation that he may be heading to Chelsea.
Finally, the striker has also admitted that he’d be interested in playing in Major League Soccer, which may represent a fourth option for Ronaldo.
Le 10 Sport, referencing comments made by Florentino Perez on TVE, understand that Real are eyeing Konoplyanka as a replacement for Ronaldo should he depart.

“What is the fee and his clause?” Perez asked, after Real were defeated by Konoplyanka’s Sevilla in La Liga.
During the summer, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Stoke City were all linked with a move for Konoplyanka, although it’s hard to imagine any of the trio providing much competition for 10-time Champions League winners should Real make a move for the attacker.
