Shock as Chelsea star Diego Costa axed by his manager.
Chelsea striker Diego Costa has been axed by Spain manager Vicente Del Bosque from his latest international squad because he didn’t like his behaviour in the recent game against Arsenal.
The 26-year-old is currently suspended for his actions against Gunners defender Gabriel, having been overly aggressive in an attempt to provoke his opponent and get him sent off.
Costa is known for these antics up front, but it hasn’t made won over his national team boss Del Bosque, who admitted he was not impressed with this style of play.
