Manchester United are being tipped to beat Chelsea to the signing of highly-rated Lazio winger Felipe Anderson in the January transfer window, according to sources in Italy.
The 22-year-old has really caught the eye in Serie A in recent times, looking like one of the most promising attacking players in the Italian top flight.
United tried to sign him in the summer but moved instead for Memphis Depay as a priority out wide, while Chelsea were also linked as admirers of the Brazilian forward.

Still, the Daily Mirror now claims that United are possibly set to revive their interest in Anderson in January, with moves for big names like Gareth Bale and Neymar perhaps a tad ambitious.
