Chelsea have officially unveiled Papy Djilobodji following his move from Nantes on deadline day of the summer transfer window.
The versatile defender – capable of playing at centre-back and in a holding midfield role – sealed a £3m move to Stamford Bridge on Tuesday, in what was the reigning English champions’ surprise signing of the day.
And he has now been introduced on social media holding the Blues shirt at the club’s Cobham training ground:

Djilobodji has been handed the No.15 jersey, and has been included in Jose Mourinho’s Premier League squad for the season.
If Chelsea’s defensive woes continue, he could be called into action early in his career with the west London giants.
