Fuller details of Jose Mourinho’s remarkable tirade aimed towards Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro has been emerged, with the Portuguese coach labelling the medic a ‘slut’, according to reports.
Sky Sports [via Marca] have revealed that the manager used the slur to chastise the physio when she went onto the pitch to treat downed Pensioners forward Eden Hazard in the champions’ opener against Swansea City.
Chelsea were already down to 10 men following the dismissal of goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, and the ex-Real Madrid coach was livid that the doctor had entered the field of play to treat the Belgium international, further reducing the Pensioners’ numbers.
The Spanish source note that Sky Sports produced a transcription of the manager’s comments—spoken in Portuguese—in which he said to Carneiro, “stop, for f*ck’s sake”, as well as brandishing her a ‘slut’.
The Gibraltar-born doctor was demoted by the Blues following the match, and will no longer be present for the west London side at Premier League matches.

However, there has been much support for the medic among both her fellow professionals and, bizarrely, Arsenal fans, many of whom would love to see the doctor at the Emirates Stadium.
