Gunners to raid Italy in £57.6m spending spree.
Arsenal could make a big raid on Italy’s Serie A before the end of the summer, with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger ready to spend around £51.6m on four new players.
After defeat to West Ham United on the opening day of the Premier League season, the club look in a mini-crisis as they have failed to bring in new additions so far this summer.
Only Petr Cech has come in, and the former Chelsea star performed poorly on his debut, so it could now be that Arsenal will try to land these four Serie A stars in a late spending spree…
1) Lucas Biglia (Lazio)
One of the finest defensive midfield players in Italy, Lazio’s Lucas Biglia has recently emerged as a £17.5m target for Arsenal, though Manchester United are believed to be leading the race for the Argentine’s signature.

2) Fernando Llorente (Juventus)
For just £8.5m, Arsenal could add more options up front by bringing in Juventus outcast Fernando Llorente on the cheap, with the Spanish international said to be available for a cut-price deal this summer.
3) Keita Balde (Lazio)
Linked today with both Arsenal and Liverpool, exciting Lazio winger Keita Balde could join Biglia in moving to the Emirates Stadium for a bargain fee of just £10.6m.
4) Alessio Romagnoli (AS Roma)
One of the most talented young defenders in Serie A, £21m-rated AS Roma starlet Alessio Romagnoli is currently being linked with a move to Arsenal, though Chelsea are also monitoring his situation.
