Tottenham set sights on £60m Premier League pair

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has placed West Brom striker Saido Berahino and Crystal Palace winger Yannick Bolasie on his summer transfer window wish-list according to the London Evening Standard.

Pochettino saw his White Hart Lane side fall short of a top four finish in 2014/15 and has been working hard to trim his expansive squad this summer.

Spurs have sold under-performing first team players Younes Kaboul, Paulinho, Etienne Capoue, Lewis Holtby and Benjamin Stambouli as Pochettino seeks to strengthen this overall squad.

With Erik Lamela, Roberto Soldado and Emmanuel Adebayor offering little in the way of support to young striker Harry Kane, Tottenham could do with adding to their attack and the club have targeted Baggies forward Berahino.

The 21-year-old scored 20 goals in all competitions last season and according to the London Evening Standard the West Brom man has a manageable £20m price-tag.

Pochettino saw England wingers Aaron Lennon and Andros Townsend struggle for consistency in 2014/15 and could well do with improving his wide-attacking options but the London Evening Standard claim the Argentine manager may be scared off by Bolasie’s price-tag.
