Chelsea’s affiliation with Eredivisie outfit Vitesse Arnhem is in full effect once again as highly-rated young midfielder Lewis Baker will spend the duration of the 2015/16 season on-loan in Holland.

The Blues announced the news via their official Twitter account on Friday afternoon and the 20-year-old is set to become the 15th player to join the Dutch outfit on-loan from Chelsea since 2010.
Baker finished last season on-loan at League 1 side MK Dons and helped them clinch promotion to the Championship before being called-up to the England U20 squad for the Toulon Tournament earlier this month, in which the young Three Lions finished fourth.
The midfielder is one of a number of highly talented youngsters at Stamford Bridge and made his first-team debut in the FA Cup third round tie against Derby County in the 2013-14 campaign.
He will be hoping his loan spell with Vitesse can help his bid to become a first-team regular upon his return, otherwise he could be following in the footsteps of Josh McEachran.
McEachran spent last season on loan with the Dutch club, however, it appears very unlikely that he will make the grade under Blues boss Jose Mourinho.
