The England international looks set for the exit door this summer, and while talks have already broken down with Bayern Munich, one of his other suitors may look to make a move this summer.

Chelsea are one such interested party, and while they may not be keen to shell out the £50 million Liverpool would likely want for the player, they do have several key assets they could look to send in the other direction in order to snare the England man.

Here are three Chelsea players that our chums at EOTK would like to see move to Merseyside should Sterling depart over the coming months.

Filipe Luis
Filipe Luis’s transfer to Chelsea has been something of a nightmare.

He left Atletico Madrid following their Champions League final defeat to fierce city rivals Real as a Spanish champion, but hasn’t been able to make his mark at Stamford Bridge.

The Brazil international has been stuck firmly behind Cesar Azpilicueta in the hierarchy at left-back and news that the Pensioners are considering Abdul Rahman Baba of Augsburg may well push him towards the exit door.

Could Liverpool welcome him with open arms?

Juan Cuadrado
While Jose Mourinho has enjoyed great success in the transfer market, he has also had his fair share of flops, with Colombian wideman Juan Cuadrado being one such example.

The versatile South American has struggled to see any kind of playing time since moving to Anfield with Inter Milan believed to be keen to take him back to Italy.

Could Liverpool attempt to move for the former Fiorentina winger as they look to replace the dribbling skills and electricity of Sterling?

Mohamed Salah
The Egypt winger arrived at Stamford Bridge accompanied by great expectations, but hasn’t truly been given an opportunity to shine at Chelsea.

He has impressed since moving to Fiorentina on loan, however, and wasted little time in demonstrating his magnificent finishing and dribbling capacities in wide areas.

Liverpool were heavily linked with the North African back in January 2014, and could yet get their man this summer…
