Despite showing some promise when fit, many Arsenal fans have felt it is time for Diaby to leave the Emirates Stadium after failing to prevent further injury setbacks.
It finally looked as though the former Auxerre man had been let go by the Gunners, but the Metro has now made shock claims that these reports may be premature, with the club in talks over renewing his deal.
