Brendan Rodgers will attempt to lure Bolton keeper Adam Bogdan to Anfield as a direct replacement for exit bound Aussie Brad Jones.
The 27 year old Hungarian international is out of contract in a matter of days and is seen by Rodgers as an ideal signing to act as a back-up to first choice custodian Simon Mignolet.
One would have to assume Bodgan would be tempted by a move to Liverpool, even if such a move would in all likelihood mean a period of bench warming.
Bodgan moved to Bolton in 2007 and has made 120 appearances for the Trotters.
