Chelsea transfer rumours
It remains to be seen if all of these transfers will come to fruition, but the Blues are seemingly ready to make the required changes to fine-tune their squad as they look to get even better next season, following up their double win this year with improvement in the Champions League.
Read on to see the changes Mourinho could be making to his squad this summer…
Out – Didier Drogba
A departure that has already been confirmed, Didier Drogba leaves Chelsea after just one season back at Stamford Bridge, and will no doubt need replacing up front.
In – Christian Benteke
An almost like-for-like signing in attack, Christian Benteke has had a superb season for Aston Villa and has a release clause of just £32.5m that could see him move after this weekend’s FA Cup final.

Out – Juan Cuadrado
A disappointment since joining from Fiorentina in January, Juan Cuadrado has been linked with Inter Milan and Barcelona after not working his way into Mourinho’s first-team plans.
In – Antoine Griezmann
Replacing Cuadrado out wide could be Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann, who has had a superbly prolific season from the flanks with 25 goals.
Out – Oscar
Linked with Juventus, Oscar seems like he could become surplus to requirements at Chelsea this summer despite enjoying an excellent season.
In – Paul Pogba
With Chelsea looking for midfielders, particularly if Oscar leaves, Paul Pogba could be an option as Juve prepare to sell the world class French star.
Out – Petr Cech
Moving to rivals Arsenal, Petr Cech is no longer happy with his role at Stamford Bridge and is sure to be on his way out of the club now that the season has finished.
In – Asmir Begovic
Supposedly eyed by Mourinho as a replacement for backup keeper, Stoke City star Asmir Begovic could be on his way to the capital this summer after impressing with the Potters.
