It is expected that he will train with the Dynamo throughout the month before making his debut at the earliest opportunity.
He was one of the stars of the now defunct Chivas USA, before joining parent club Chivas de Guadalajara for the 2015 Clausura season in Mexico.
Chivas enjoyed an unexpected run all the way to the Liga MX semi finals, but lost 3-0 on aggregate to Santos Laguna. Santos will now play Ronaldinho’s Queretaro in the final.
Torres was arrested a few weeks ago for sexual offences.The accusations are thought to stem from events at a party back in April – though the young forward has strenuously denied all the allegations against him.
The current state of the case is unclear.
