They has taken the lead after 38 minutes thanks to Cape Verde forward Djaniny, but Carlos Izquierdoz’s goal in the 56th minute has almost certainly put the tie beyond doubt.
The goal came off a Nestor Calderon corner, meaning Calderon has supplied the assist for both of his side’s goals. Izquierdoz rose highest o perform an impressive ‘backwards’ header, that went in off the post and left Chivas’ veteran keeper Luis Michel with no chance.
