The 25 year old Ukraine international had been close to joining the north London side in January but that deal stalled, with Liverpool also known to have been keen, but now it appears Mauricio Pochettino has got his man.
The hugely talented Dnipro winger could well help to boost the White Hart Lane side’s wide-attacking options and one wonders what such a signing would mean for the likes of Andros Townsend and loaned out speedster Aaron Lennon.
Yevhen Konoplyanka is a one club man and has been a hugely effective attacking weapon at Dnipro and looks very capable of making an impact in the English top tier.
Konoplyanka has been key in his side’s run to the Europa League final and the clash against Seville in Warsaw may act as a suitable send off ahead of a possible summer move.
