While AS Roma, Bayer Leverkusen and Spartak Moscow have, at various times over the last few weeks and months, appeared to be in the driving seat to sign the player, the prospect of a move to the Premier League is looking more likely as the player comes towards the end of his current deal.
The Ghana international has expressed his desire to move to England, and recently expressed his adoration for Liverpool—a signal, perhaps, that Anfield would be his destination of choice.

It was Ayew who scored the equaliser, 11 minutes before the end, when he was first to react, heading home a Romain Alessandrini cross to draw his beloved OM level.
