Man City rumours
The Premier League champions, who will surely lose their crown this afternoon as Chelsea look to wrap up the title against Crystal Palace, are already preparing to strengthen for next season.
Manuel Pellegrini’s side have looked short of quality in attack, with the team overly reliant on Sergio Aguero to deliver the goals while players like Edin Dzeko, Stevan Jovetic and January signing Wilfried Bony have not contributed enough.
According to The Sun, Cavani could now be the player in City’s sights as they look to improve next season, and the Etihad Stadium outfit could make a club-record £50m bid for the Uruguay international.
United are also interested in bringing the PSG front-man to the Premier League, and it may be a two-way fight between the two Manchester clubs for his signarure this summer.
