PSG are eyeing the legendary Czech stopper this summer, as they hope to provide competition for, or even replace the unconvincing Salvatore Sirigu.
Cech remains an excellent goalkeeper and has enjoyed a wonderful spell of success at Chelsea, where over 11 years he won the Champions League, three Premier League titles, four FA Cups and the Europa League.
However, the emergence of Thibault Courtois has reduced the veteran’s minutes, and Cech is reportedly looking for a move away from Stamford Bridge.
He’s unlikely to head to Arsenal, however, after Arsene Wenger recently reaffirmed his faith in existing goalkeepers Wojciech Szczesny and David Ospina according to the Daily Mirror.
With the Gunners seemingly out of the race for the 32-year-old, Le 10 Sport have noted that PSG have returned to the front of the queue for the keeper.
Has Wenger’s declaration opened the door for PSG to snap up the former Stade Rennais man.
