The Ivorian midfielder’s future remains in doubt and after an indifferent campaign in the Premier League, he appears to be heading towards the exit door at the Etihad Stadium.

Manchester City remain fourth in the EPL and they stand little chance of retaining their domestic crown.

Yaya has come in for criticism after a series of unimpressive performances this term, and his agent Dimitri Seluk has continued to fuel talk of a departure from Manuel Pellegrini’s side.

Paris have been named as a potential destination for the Ivorian, and his compatriot Aurier—who is currently on loan with Laurent Blanc’s reigning champions—has admitted that Yaya is attracted by the idea of playing for PSG.

“We talked a little bit,” the right-back began, as reported by Foot Mercato, “no one can refuse Paris.

“He is tempted by Paris, but I don’t do the negotiations. I spoke to him about it, Paris interests him but it’s important that the club and the player agree on certain things.

“After discussing with him, he sees himself at Paris one day!”

Aurier and Yaya were part of the Cote d’Ivoire side that lifted that 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea earlier this year.
