Old Trafford side chase big summer additions.

Louis van Gaal has all but secured a Champions League return for his Man United side and is set to be handed a massive £150m transfer fund boost and has earmarked moves for six top stars according to the Daily Express.
Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund)
By all accounts the World Cup winner is high up on the Man United radar and there’s no denying that the 26 year old could provide a vast improvement on the central defensive options currently in Louis van Gaal’s squad.
With Jurgen Klopp having confirmed his imminent Westfalenstadion exit one would imagine the chances of keeping hold of Hummels are greatly decreased, and the lack of a Champions League berth would surely provide extra motivation for the tough tackler to leave the Bundesliga side.
Memphis Depay (PSV Eindhoven)
21 year old winger has netted 20 Eredivisie goals to help his side to a domestic title and a move away from the Dutch top tier looks likely.
Van Gaal handed Depay the chance to impress at last summer’s World Cup finals and the wide-man may well be tempted by a move to the Premier League giants.
Edinson Cavani (PSG)
Uruguayan forward is apparently seen by Louis van Gaal as the man to boost his attack, with Robin van Persie on his way out and a permanent move for Radamel Falcao unlikely, and the South American has long been linked with a move to Old Trafford.
Cavani netted an astonishing 104 goals in three seasons with Napoli before his move to the French capital.
Gareth Bale (Real Madrid)
Welsh international bagged 22 goals in his debut season at the Bernabeu and has been relatively effective this term but has nonetheless been the subject of abuse from a section of the Real Madrid fan-base and that may be the catalyst for a possible move back to the Premier League for the former Tottenham man.
Robert Lewandowski (Bayern Munich)
The last of the six stars linked with a move to Old Trafford by the Daily Express and whilst it’s true the Pole hasn’t set the world alight since moving to Bayern Munich it seems unlikely he would leave the Allianz Arena after just one season at the club.
Nathaniel Clyne (Southampton)
The right-back berth is perhaps a weak area of Louis van Gaal’s side, with neither Rafael or Luis Antonio Valencia proving all that impressive in the role, and having successfully raided the St Mary’s side last summer, signing Luke Shaw in a big money deal, Man United may be looking to repeat the feat when the transfer window re-opens.
