10) Kenny Dalglish
With spells at Liverpool, Blackburn Rovers and Newcastle United, Kenny Dalglish has 90 clean sheets in 238 Premier League games in total, giving him a record of 37.8% in terms of shut-outs in his time as a manager at this level.
9) Arsene Wenger
Only ninth! Arsenal have not been known for their defensive prowess under Arsene Wenger, having kept just 277 clean sheets out of 708 games under the Frenchman, a record of 39.1%.
8) Gianluca Vialli
One of five former Chelsea managers and one of three Italian former Chelsea managers, Gianluca Vialli is in eighth place with 39.4% – 37 clean sheets in 94 games in charge.
7) Claudio Ranieri
Next up is Claudio Ranieri, who managed 58 clean sheets from 146 games in charge at Stamford Bridge, giving him a percentage of 39.7%.
6) Bruce Rioch
Most well known for a short spell in charge of Arsenal, Bruce Rioch is a surprise name on this list, with 16 clean sheets from just 38 games giving him a respectable 42.1%.

Another ex-Chelsea boss, Carlo Ancelotti was perhaps harshly sacked by the Blues, bringing 33 clean sheets from 76 games, or 43.4% – that, and a double in his first season in charge.
4) Sir Alex Ferguson
One of the best managers of all time, but only fourth on this list. Manchester United legend Sir Alex Ferguson managed 359 clean sheets out of 810 Premier League games, very impressive considering the time spent in charge at Old Trafford, giving him a percentage of 44.3%.
3) Roberto Mancini
Ahead of his old rival, Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini managed 59 clean sheets in 133 games in charge at the Etihad Stadium, with a record of 44.4%.
2) Rafael Benitez
A tactically strong manager with some defensive sides, it’s still a bit of a surprise to see Rafael Benitez so high on this list, with the former Liverpool and Chelsea boss boasting a clean sheet record of 44.9% – 114 from 254 games.
1) Jose Mourinho
Not as many games as some of the others, but Jose Mourinho is the master of nullification and comes in first here, with 101 clean sheets from just 189 games – over half with 53.4%
